Shipping & Return Policy
All orders that are in stock are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm. QR Pet Store is a new business and we do not have all items in stock. Please allow 2-4 weeks delivery of items not in stock. If it would happen to be longer we will inform you. We greatly appreciate your patience as we build this business! Our goal is to have all or most items in stock in the foreseeable future.

In the near future we will add UPS and FedEx. As we are a start-up company, we are taking prudent steps towards self-sustainability.
If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.
Free shipping on orders over $50 (currently available only in the USA)! The rate charged for the shipping of your order that is under $50 is based on the weight of your products, and your location. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
If an item goes on back order we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

If you receive your product and it is not what you expected then we will do whatever it takes including having the product returned and replaced or refund your money. Just let us know within 30 days of receiving your product what the issue is and we will cheerfully help you with the return. And yes, we will pay for the shipping on the return.
